Cupcakes
Back in May I made 4,385 cupcakes for Mimi and Pop's anniversary party. Well, maybe only 120. Mimi gave me a super awesome helpful hint for prepping all those yummies. I may be the last one to know about this, but I thought it was genius. And so, here is the picture tutorial. Let me know if you have questions.

That *is* genius! I always use a spoon or a measuring cup and wind up with batter all over the muffin tins that I then have to scrape off!
But not anymore, thanks to this tip! And, you know, the fact that we accidentally left our muffin tins in Louisiana.
