You are still just a teeny thing. We went in for your weight check (although it was actually a sick visit. Any reason you always decide to quit eating the week we go for a weight check?). You are a whopping 19.4 lbs. The doc seems okay with this since he is on the same growth curve. At one point in time our scale at home said 20 lbs. Therefore we went ahead and put him in his big boy carseat and finally let him face forward!
You continue to be a good sleeper. Waking at 7:15ish in the morning. Napping from 11 am-1 pm. You are then in bed at 6:30 pm. You LOVE your paci. Your sister was fine without hers. You do only get it at nap and bedtime. But we have found that when yours falls out of the bed, you have found your thumb. Not sure I like that solution, but it is what it is for now. You also sleep with your blanket. You love the corner of your blanket and have created a hole for your finger or thumb to poke through. You also still sleep in a sleep sack. Yes, they are 0-9 months. You have learned how to walk in them which is super funny to watch, but they keep you warm in the tundra and keep you from attempting to climb out.
You also tend to stall at bedtime asking Mommy or Daddy to "re-re" a book.
This month we finally got your "something to wear" from Christmas. We ordered your big boy backpack and it was backordered until now. It swallows you, but you LOVE it. The first Sunday you wore it to church it was on your back for almost 2 hours. Seriously. Ask your teachers.
You are also a short little thing. But you have learned you can move the stool around and climb to get what you want.
You have also found a love of watching a "moomie" or movie. You love the babies. (If you haven't checked out Praise Baby, you must!) But we limit you to about 15 minutes when you do watch.
You have gained two more molars this month. We hope that having them on top and bottom will help you chew and give you the desire to try new things.
Mommy and Daddy have learned that you are already watching us closely and doing what we do. We must remember to be good examples.
You have been just okay at playing by yourself and when you get bored you tend to get into things you don't need to get into (movie cabinet, yard sticks, computer drawer, etc.). The past few weeks you have been asking us to play with you. And how in the world can we say no?
And who do you absolutely adore being with? Lily.
This month you have put 3 words together. "I no no." Otherwise pronounced "I don't know." When we ask you a question, we frequently get this response. (You can also see your persistent side. )
You continue to be such a joy! Love you with all my heart!

OH MY DEAR!!!!!!!! he is SOOOOO cute!!! and he looks just like tomahawk :)
It was so fun to see this one in action. He is all boy and so fun to be around. He is such a quick learner and retains what he learns. Love this little guy!
Sophie just quit sleeping in a sack when we moved to the big girl bed. They have an XL size. She just wiggled too much in the crib to stay covered up.
