Max's Two

Not a whole lot has changed in the past month. (And most of the pics of you by yourself are in the Summer Bucket List posts.)

You are talking a lot more-putting 4-5 words together consistently and you talk in 3rd person.

You headed for your two year visit and came out a whopping 21.4 lbs (0.47%) and 33.25 in (lying down since you were screaming which makes you seem longer than you really are based on percentages--28%). The doc didn't seem worried at all since you continue to follow the same growth curve. So we keep trying to get you to try new things. (You do love donuts, especially on your birthday!)

You have started jumping. It's funny to watch because you have to concentrate so hard.

You and Lily are playing better together. You enjoy having her read to you.

You have a bit of a temper. You scream when you do not get your way, but you are learning to control yourself and to be okay when you don't get what you want. You are also learning not to throw things when you are mad. BUT, you are such a sweet and loving boy. You love to laugh and be tickled. You still love to re-re books. You love being outside. You will share with your family and your friends without being asked. You are just a light in our lives and we are blessed to be able to call you ours!
