Early Friday morning we had two dump trucks arrive with a total of 25 yards of mulch-playground and yard mulch.
It was a lot of mulch. JD and I were both so so thankful for two extra sets of hands to help.
No, not the little extra hands, but the adult extra hands. Hee hee.
We ended up working two full days. JD and Pop worked on wiring the outside of the house with new lighting and prepped flower beds (over the last few years our previous yard guys kept expanding our beds).
Mimi and I spent some time moving the mulch, but we were also taking care of the little ones. Sometimes the littles ones got to go for a ride.
At the end of the day Saturday we now have defined beds with fresh mulch. The lighting outside looks great in the front! (Now to get the grass to grow.)
The playground mulch was also in place ready for the play dates to begin! It looks so good and the kids are already loving it!
