Adventure's Calling

With CentriKid camp starting on Monday, it was time for us to head out of town to the lake with kids in tow. We have been heading to the lake with the camp staffers for the past 7 years. You can read why HERE.

I thought we did pretty good packing. Everyone had their own bag and the pack 'n play and bouncy seat for the baby. No over packing for the 24 hour trip.

We made it to the lake mid afternoon. The weather was perfect. Absolutely perfect. Highs in the lower 70s. We sat on the porch a bit before dinner. We enjoyed a yummy lasagna dinner and then played the IPOD GAME. We were so loud that Lily wasn't able to fall asleep...for 3+ hours. She ended up coming downstairs and watching the pandemonium until about 11 pm. Wow.  And she was actually not cranky the next day.

Lily headed out on the boat with JD. She didn't get on the tube this year, but they did get to play in the water.

The little man hung out in the house with Alex (who fell asleep rocking the baby--since the batteries were dead).

And out on the dock with Momma. I LOVE the wrap!

Lily also enjoyed the company of the college girls. They always make her feel super special.
