Our family is currently living in the Southeast US. We have been in the same home for the past 7 years. Some days it's hard to believe we have lived 70% of our married life in the same house. The first 3 years we lived in two different places.
JD is the minister to children at our church. He is responsible for the elementary aged kiddos-1st-5th grade. He plans all the weekly programs as well as the big events, such as our version of Vacation Bible School and Fall Festival. He enjoys his time with the kids, but his passion right now is mentoring dads. He desires for the lives of these men to change into the image of Christ, and in turn spreading that fire into the home and the lives of families. JD also enjoys soccer, flag football, fantasy football, letterboxing with the family, and music.
KLee is a stay at home mom. Her daughter is her pride and joy. She enjoys spending time outdoors (only when the weather is 65+). She has recently taken up several new hobbies--sewing, baking (cookies and cakes), blogging, and photography. She also enjoys cooking for her family. Her job will become even busier in June 2011 when baby #2 arrives.
Lily (previously known as Emma, Little E, Lil E, and LilE) was born in February 2006. She is a bright light in the home. She is currently attending the church's weekday program, enrolled in a K4 class. She loves school and her friends. She has a vivid imagination and escapes to her own world each and every day. She also loves to write, craft, play with her new baby, and dress up. She also loves to snuggle on the couch and watch TV. She and Daddy sing and dance together, while she and Mommy read books together. Our family is blessed to have her.
Baby #2 is due to join our family in late June.
